- Managing budgets and expenditure
- Coordinating meetings/Taking minutes
- Organizing venues
- Planning projects
- Updating the project calendar
- Tracking projects
- Create and update workflows
- Conduct risk analysis
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues
- Measure and report on project performance
- Act as the point of contact for all participants

Job Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
(Engineering, Economics ,and others)
- GPA 2.8
- Very good in communication in English (TOEIC 550)
- MS office
- Time management
- Working at Rayong
